Can I edit my listing after it has been completed?
Yes. Simply sign in, click on "Listing", then on "edit". You can then forward through the existing portions by clicking on the "continue" button at the bottom until you reach the function you would like to change. Then just enter the information as you would like it to be, and click on "save". This will replace the previous information.
Can I join more that one category?
Yes. Your first category that you list your profile under is $9.95/month. You may join additional categories for $2.95/month. If you would like to have a completely different listing with a different blog, you may open up another account.
How long can my video be?
Whatever you can upload within a 2 minute period, is what you will be able to attach to your listing. Depending on how fast your connection is, you should be able to upload a 30 second video ( approximately 1-3 megabytes ).
What kind of video formats do you accept?
You may use these video file formats: .AVI, .MOV, .MPEG, or .SWF
I'm having trouble adding photos. What is the problem?
Your photos should be saved in a .jpg or .gif format. These are the most common image file types for online graphics. The photos should also be no larger than 640 x 480 pixels. (Your photo program should allow you to save pictures in different formats as well as change the image size).
I see we can make our own flash presentation in our control panel if we don't have a commercial. How does that work?
Don't have a video? No problem! You can use our infomercial builder, which is located right in your control panel.
- Choose a template (these are flash templates and will provide a movie-like experience for the viewer).
- Enter your photos ( they should be in a jpg or gif format, no larger than 640 x 480 pixels)
- Enter your messaging that goes with the photos
- Choose your color scheme.
Then, just save it. You'll have fun with it. If you want to change it, delete your media file, and create a new infomercial.
If I click on "Reset", will it reset my entire listing?
No. The "reset" button will only reset the items shown within that edit screen. You must also click "Save" after editing that screen.
How is billing handled?
Billing his processed through Paypal. Once your listing has been created, your monthly charges will be automatically processed through the credit card account you used in your initial setup through Paypal
